The F550 RTF comes with 30A ESCs yet the FAQ section on DJI indicates these motors are limited to 12 amps running current. Are the 30A capable of handling higher wattage motors or are the 30 amp ESCs provided to account for motor starting inrush currents which, I assume can be as much as 200 to 400% above the running current?
If the 30A ESCs can handle larger motors, what should I be looking for for more lifting capacity using the 10 inch props?
I assume that 3S batteries are necessary when using 10 inch props to reduce the running current on the 2212/90KV motors.
