Is Naza's gimbal controller any good?

Thanks for the info. That one looks promising. Another one I found is the Arris Cm2000. Has anyone had any experience with this one? Good? Bad? Meh?

Is Naza's gimbal controller any good?

Will that one work with a hero 2 or just the 3? Couldn't find any info on dji's site. Also, maybe a cheaper option.

Is Naza's gimbal controller any good?

    Why is that? Too slow?

Is Naza's gimbal controller any good?

I have a F450 with a GoPro Hero 2 hard mounted to the frame and it works great, but I'd like to add a gimbal to the mix to keep things level. I've got a couple questions: 1. Is the gimbal controller on the V2 with the latest firmware decent or should I be looking at a third party controller...

Looking for Opinions on Motor Balancing

In researching ways to balance props I’ve come across discussions regarding balancing motors as well, and am wondering if it’s worth it. Dynamically balancing motors seems to involve the use of servo testers, lasers, mirrors, and all sorts of elaborate setups. I don’t mind doing all this, but...

    Prop Install Questions

Complete noob questions here. First, how tight should the prop be on the propeller shaft? I have some T-Motor MT-2216’s for which I bought some Graupner 9 x 5’s and some APC’s. The Graupners have a metal adapter which fit snugly into the prop, but are just ever so slightly loose on the shaft...

    Best Propellers for F450?

So I can't seem to find Graupner 9x5 props anywhere (at least not stateside). Who else makes a good propeller in this size? I don't mind doing minor balancing, but it seems like a quality prop shouldn't need much. APC is a brand I see a lot, but they sound flimsy. RCTimers sound like they're...

    Prop size for F450 with T-Motor MT2216 900kv

The description makes it sound like it's 5, 6, or 8. So, they mean it comes at 5, but can be reamed to a max of 8? Also, It sounds like I need it to be 3 to fit the 2216's. Do I need some kind of bushing or something?

    Prop size for F450 with T-Motor MT2216 900kv

Ok, so I think I'm going to go with the 9" for now and see how it goes. Not exactly sure what I'll be looking for when it comes to flying, but I guess I'll figure it out. So, I found these: http://team-blacksheep.com/products/product:122 How do I deal with the bore diameter? It says they are 5...

    Prop size for F450 with T-Motor MT2216 900kv

Until I get the hang of flying a quad and I save up some more cash for an fpv setup, the most it will be carrying is the gopro. Sorry if I didn't clarify that before. So, still go with 10"?

    Prop size for F450 with T-Motor MT2216 900kv

Any problem running 3S on this setup with the same size prop? I only ask because I have a few that I was hoping to use to keep my entry costs down.

    Prop size for F450 with T-Motor MT2216 900kv

I'm planning on running these motors on my F450 and am wondering what prop size I should be using. Initially, I'll just have my GoPro Hero 2 on it, but eventually, I'll add some FPV gear. I have a few 2200 3S lipos I plan on using. Does the same rule as the stock motors apply? 10" on 3S and 8"...

    Motor Upgrade for F450 Needed?

Can't seem to find tiger 900 kv 2814's. Only found the 2216's. I did find a 2814 made by Sunsky , but I don't know if it's the same thing. Until I get used to this quad I'm going to hold off on the fpv gear. I'll probably throw the gopro on, but I won't fully load it yet. Also, I already have...

    Motor Upgrade for F450 Needed?

I don't want to necessarily do it all at once, but if I will eventually need to upgrade the motors to account for the weight, then it seems logical to do it at the start and save some money. Also, I've done a bunch of research and read the stickies, but I can't really find an answer. At what...

    Motor Upgrade for F450 Needed?

Hello all, Virgin poster here. I am getting ready to jump into the multirotor world, and am leaning pretty strongly toward an F450. I've been flying single rotors for a while now, but want to try FPV and possibly some AP, and multirotors seem like a better platform. I think my plan is leave the...
