    Noob setup and questions...Help!

Yeah I bought an LPF for my vtx to try and filter out any noise that I heard may come from the GPS and EzUHF systems. I also read that putting a vibration dampener under the vtx can help as well. What are the fatsharks that are just plain? The dominators?

Thanks electro, been doing a ton of research and finally have an idea of how this stuff works.. pretty much got all my gear ordered. Everything except for my goggles. not sure what to get. got a law mate 2.4 rx and tx so it would make sense to get plain fat sharks (no rx in them) since im...

So Ive decided on a TBS Discovery frame for my first rig. great reviews for beginners and from what ive read it offers some of the smoothest video for the go pro. also offers pre soldered connections to make wiring a breeze and less messy. buying tomorrow. cant wait!

Thanks for the reply Electro. Do you think these motors and batteries will be powerful enough? My concern is that ill have a heavy setup. I already purchased the frame today which is 585g (couldn't wait)...I've also read that a lot of people run 4s batteries with this frame as well. Could you...

    Noob setup and questions...Help!

So I did a little more research and decided a 600mm+ frame was way too large for what im gonna want to do. I would probably only get a 10-12 min flight time with such a heavy craft. So with that being said ive re configured my proposed setup: Frame: HobbyKing X650F -...

Hi everyone! I'm relatively new to the world of RC - particularly multi rotors. Im not a total noob as I do have some prior experience with RC. I've owned and piloted a+ Blade CX2, and a Parkzone Pole cat over the last few years off and on. I just recently purchased a 1SQ quadcopter (wanting to...

Hi all, New to this site and the hobby as well! I will soon be posting a newbie thread about my proposed setup in the General Discussion area, so if you all could keep an eye out for that that would be great! Thanks and look forward to diving deep into multi rotors!
