Cineform works with Apple too... its not an editor, its and intermediate format for color grading and upconverting the footage to 10bit 422... it converts the compressed footage to AVI so your computer can handle the info better... BTW.. its owned by GoPro and its their choice of...

Ken, As to your video editing... you might try out Cineform for your footage... what it does is convert the footage to wavelet format so there is no compression that your computer has to deal with... there are lots of advantages to using Cineform on your footage...

These pics show the Xaircraft frame and how I installed the battery runner bar into the landing gear slot. The last picture shows each battery from below the craft... I only put one bar on there because the battery will lay on the bar and the frame at the same time... so there is actually two...

These two pictures show the Power Distribution (photo ship one) and the ESC's (Maytech 30a) What is nice about the Power Distribution board is that it can be set up as a dual battery interface... I put two deans plugs on it...(for the two batteries) you can go all the way up to four if you...

Lets see if this is any better... OK.. these three pictures show the motors mounted on the Xaircraft motor mounts at the end of the boom. The X motor mount comes with the motors in the box... all that is needed are the four long screws and the nylon nuts... The X mount fits very very...

I have put together a 650v8 with the avroto motors and maytech esc's The motors fit perfectly on the stock mounts, you just have to use the motor cross mount and you can do single for quad or set them up as coax for a octo. They are very powerful on that frame. I also use 2 4s 5000...

Ed, Thanks for the reply... looks like you have some nice equipment there... I think your refering to the Zeiss Cinemizer OLED... lots and lots of people waiting on those... I plan on getting a couple sets myself when they show... you can order the Sony OLED now but those aren't for FPV...

Not yet... didn't get to fly yesterday, the winds were too strong ... tonight I'm going to play with the settings in the house.... just wondering if I set the gains on the altitude if it will slow the motors down during the 3 second spin down... ??

In the house, testing now... in ATTI mode if I give it just a little throttle it just starts to float off the floor, then when I pull the throttle down to zero it floats on the floor for a couple seconds and then the motors shut off... I'm now wondering if I don't have it over powered/over...
