Mine did the same as yours, after i clicked "restore defaults" in the firmware tab it responded how it should. Did you try that already?

The mirror test, tilt seems ok only roll is a bit to slow. Gains are about 300 i can go higher but that does not do much. http://youtu.be/4qzcNyQsNhI

Mine does the same when i connect pan, only makes a 45 degree turn or so and stops flashing red.

I don't think its exactly that way. Most of the people who buy it don't have professional meanings with it and just find it fun to fly with a camera and will probably not notice the problems. The ones who do need pro shots for business purposes will see that it is not nearly as steady as it...

Yeah same here, have a Sony Fs700 ready to go into the gimbal. But i am afraid it won't be this one.

@Rancherpete Does your roll servo gear also touch the servo housing?

Instead of adding the felt washers i filled up the servo gearcases with bearing grease. Seems to help a lot against the jittering.
