It seems like you need to make sure that the Tx is bound to the RX, then (assuming that's OK), & all is powered up, connect the Naza to the USB & then do a calibration check - does that work OK?

Well, after re-assembling it late last night, I managed to get a quick go in the garden & all is good!!!
It takes off without all the wobbling & threatening to flip unlike before :-)
Trouble is, I don't reckon I changed anything at all so it's either an intermittent problem or something pretty...
