What is the best way to get in contact with them? I have tried email but sending multiple emails and only gotten 2 responses and waiting over 3 days now for a answer to when the 3 axis gimbal is gonna be back in stock. Was hoping for quicker response time while trying to spend 4-5k.

Ready to pull the trigger but had a few questions.... Planning on the Cinestar 8 with the Cinestar 3 axis gimbal. Camera will be a mix of a 5D,7D,D800 and possibly a Sony af or fs100. Would like 10 minute flight times and haven't decided on batteries yet. Not sure what the norm is on the 8 but...
