Got it sorted. 4K Photo was set to ON.

Need some advice. I can't get a picture downlink when in creative video mode, but I can in iA mode. I'm sure it a camera setting but it's got me stuck. I'm using a Lightbridge dual TX setup with an ipad. All updated firmware including camera. All I get ia a black screen with "4K PHOTO ENABLED"

I tried turning off the TX and got the blue LED (not linked ), so I'm confident the A2 has gone into failsafe. It just doesn't show on DJI assistant when using DSM2 sats. My S900 had it's maiden today. All good!

I had a response back from DJI regarding the z15 hitting the camera. "Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support. You Gimbal's pitch axis has shifted. Needs sending back and calibration. Thank you for choosing to fly with DJI." Has anyone calibrated one of these? I don't really want to send...

Scotth's post #63 links to a video on how to balance the gimbal. I'll give this a go and see what happens.

Just got my Z15 HD and having the same issue. I could lower the angle of the arms holding the camera about 10 degrees to clear both dials and the eyecup, but the manual says not to alter anything as it is factory balanced. Sending it back doesn't seem to be a good option from reading other posts...

It's a different binding procedure with Spektrum satellites. I adjusted the endpoints ok for mode and everything else is mapped correctly, it just won't go into failsafe when turning off the TX.

Using a JR DSX9 ( DSMX ) with DSM2 satellites . I cant get failsafe working in DJI assistant. Also tried biding with go home on. DJI says there's no need to enable failsafe on the TX, but surely when turning it off it should show failsafe on the software. I have the A2 mounted on a new S900 but...
