GetFPV is great. No issues with them after several orders. The pricing is pretty good also. I purchased the Attitude system and EzOSD from them. All plug and play and easy to set up.

Here is how I see it. It does not matter what aircraft is flying where ever. You are flying an evil drone and you will be vilified if any mishap occurs. So I personally would try flying where the other aircraft will not be crossing your path. Ymmv!
