Something is wrong with your motors, especially number 1 is not seeing 100%throttle. The motors should be generally in synchronized form, apart from variations caused by your rc inputs or when fighting External forces when in Gps lock.

I have done that process and more but she is still stuffed. Dave, I emailed Dji about the imu flash sequence 1 green,1 red, 7 green rpt. Mine does that aswell, Dji say it means normal communication between Imu to controller etc. I noticed in firmware 2.0 all green flashes was good. Red bad.

I rekon set the atti gains a touch less than basic, u seem to have them set identically so thats why ur rotor is very aggressive on the sticks. Going of the top of my head so dont quote me, those settings dont look like Dji A2 recommended settings for the S800 Evo. Maybe you used wookong values?

Fair enough. I have to agree Dji charged premium prices for some not so premium products. Note that I say "some" not all but most : ) Also there support service is terrible to say the very least! This is coming from aa customer from down under.
