I had this issue, i found the throttle setting was not low enough to arm the board, it seemed as though the trim changed when i unplugged the board from the lead, just set the trim as low as it will go. Mark

Cheers tmolog55 I was looking the other day at the 500x frame again, think I'll go for one as I'd does look like a more stable platform. I have a multiwii controller in my gaui as I found the gu344 lacking a bit. Do you have any vids of yours flying? Welcome to the forum btw. Cheers Mark

Hi phenoman Not sure if you have the manual but here are the relevant pages for setting up the ESC and GU344. Hope these help, obviously all pages copyright of Gaui.

Hi Phenoman, I have the 300 xs if you are using the GU-344 i would forget the hover mode side of the flight controller, its not the best and as someone told me its like flying after drinking 5 pints of larger. when i had issues with me GU-344 i found the best thing to do was go back to base...

Hi Don't bother with the green wire, i tried lots of time to get it to fly in hover mode but its rubbish on the GU-344, just leave the green wire out and fly in cruise mode its much smoother. i'm using DX7 if you want me to send you my settings. Mark
