Just go to opentx, don't bother with the factory firmware. I've been using opentx since I purchased the taranis almost 2 years ago without issue.

I would try updating to opentx firmware and see if that makes a difference.

Are you running the stock frsky firmware or OpenTX?

.1 degree is the most you want to see.

Motor alignment still can be better. And when you say the props are balanced, what are you using to balance them?

What's the ambient temp when your taking those readings?

I would leave the settings default on the esc's until you get everything else right. As far as the 3m vhb, it's not your vibration problem, it's the props.:)

Changed channel center to 1575u.

You need to get you center de-tent on the gain knob a 20% and work on getting those props better balanced after you realign the motors.:) Your total throw should be +30 to -30 on the gain ch. Once you get them balanced, your going to want to raise the gains a little. Mainly roll and pitch.

That's per cell weight.:) The tattu 12,000 is 322g instead of 350g with the Eclac default weight.

Here's with different motors and a 1 kg over frame weight. You really need to get eCalc, and run the numbers. Your limited by 18 inch props at that frame diameter also.

With tmotor cf's, I find it to be conservative.
