Has anyone used or heard of rcrus.com for their parts? They are supposed to be a Dji dealer out of Maryland. Didn't know if they were good.

Pete, I am doing the same thing but building a f550 and I am in the same boat with the tx/rx choice. I have found the T8J is cheaper but I want to make sure I am buying one that I can use with a camera gimbal in the future. I would also like to hear what the experienced pilots would choose.

Chris, Thanks for the advice. I agree and would much rather purchase in the US but the prices are almost 50% higher than buying from an online store in China. I'm still shopping around though and hope to find something more local. Thanks, Jay
