Thanks for all that. now that all the connections are good and the switches work, I get a "board not found" message. Software says I am connected, the usb is in the hoverfly pro board NOT the GPS, but when I click on the GPS tab it gives me the error about not finding the board.

I use the readymaderc 600. If you are planning on using uhf you should check the list for the cameras that dont agree with that frequency range. Apparently some cameras emit a lot of RF noise in that 400-600 range.

Hoverfly Pro! I'm gonna be gettign another one here myself and swapping out the DJI stuff for them in the future. Just predictable and buttery smooth without the headache of having to make precision gain adjustments.

I wonder if the temp calibration would do anything if you did it again in the cooler temps.

history would show, especially with DJI, if you have something that works leave it alone! It seems they will fix one thing and then find out it affects something else. Firmwares come out so fast for these multis it's amazing but also scary. I dont even want to upgrade to IOS6 on my iphone!

They are all nice. If you were targeting architectural clients obviously #3 is great. I think #1 and #2 are clearly aerial shots where 3 could have been taken from a high rise. I think #3 is still the best all around as it has some color and geometry to it.
