Gains look fine for starters- they won't have caused the flip. Make sure you get the IMU and GPS figures for their mounting correct. I don't think this will have caused the flip but it won't help Have you balanced your props? Vibration could easily cause a flip.

Your props look as though they are the wrong way round. Looking at your photo the boom at the front right of the photo is the front prop, judging by how your GPS is pointed. Prop number 1 should be spinning anti-clockwise- or at least is should be in the WKM and I am guessing the A2 is the same...
