i dont have a 5r and this is a total guess but - can you turn wifi off on 5r? perhaps that would be the difference.

sorry i cant help much with the weight and what prop you should be flying. i can tell you the difference i experienced between wood and plastic though. APC vs Xoar - I noticed the wood was much quieter and also that the ship would lose altitude much smoother.i did find that the apc props flew a...

magnetic declination. might be that your gps unit needs to be positioned a little off center. i live in colorado and my gps is about 20 degrees off center.

i have had some great service from maxamps and aerial media pros.

droidworx edition axi - turnigy plush ESC. one motor has issues for sure. that said, moving on with a totally new AP bird. these axi motors will go on a fun backyard thrasher.

altitude :) i transitioned from srh to mr. that said - i will break out a srh every now and then and fly it around. i find with the srh i fly quite a bit faster and keep it moving along. the mr i seem to hover a bit and go for really smooth movements. i guess what i am saying - dont be affraid...
