Bart did you try the hidden menu stick calibration on the MX-20? Had something similar happen and the sticks were out of calibration.

Paul there is a file on the SD card that contains data needed by the GPS. I think it is a declination database. If you wiped that out then that might be the problem. Interesting on the card size since mine is a 4gb.

Paul this is a good one for George or Al at HF. But it won't be just the board drawing power. I would expect that you have loads for imbalance, if used, GPS board, etc that would add to it. And depending on your lipo size you can probably put more than 1 amp throughput sine the rating is at 25...

And I would suggest not using 242 Blue. At some point you may want to get them out and blue is sometimes to strong for small threads. Try using 222 Purple.

Check with anyone that sells the HDMI boards from FreeFly. They have a right angle HDMI cable that goes from micro HDMI(camera like the Sony) to mini HDMI. Haven't seen it available separately but likely you could buy just the cable.

If you mean the case around the GoPro that is from GoPro. Its call The Frame. As yet they do not make the full case with the cutouts like they did with the Hero2 Skeleton Case. So the camera is basically totally exposed. No lens protection etc. Hoping they come out with the Skeleton case...

Just got my Hero3 Black and it turns out that using it for FPV output isn't currently possible since they don't make a skeleton housing for the camera. You could cut out an opening for the HDMI plug from RCShutter but there isn't anything like the Hero2 skeleton housing currently available. Bummer
