Ok got this scaling thing sorted, however I have came to the conclusion that zooming in at all on the 4k footage degrades it quite a bit, so don't see a lot of benefit shooting in 4K. I know people will say oh well it gives you the option of framing etc, but if the footage starts to degrade so...
