New Release: Connex HD Video Downlink 3000FT $1599.

Within 12" of each other. We are running the A2 so might just use that as a stand alone receiver and see how it goes. Just want the safest and most reliable connection.

New Release: Connex HD Video Downlink 3000FT $1599.

We never had an issue with the LB since it was the only 2.4 system on the aircraft. My main concern is running 2 x Futaba RX's in such close proximity on the aircraft.

New Release: Connex HD Video Downlink 3000FT $1599.

Just switching over from the Lightbridge, will get this setup on Monday. What is everyone using for gimbal control and copter control? My concern is too much 2.4 on board.

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

I know Kopterworx has posted a video and here is another, not sure what it's mounted on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mny8sqA8FHc The 90 degree thing throws me for sure. Movi looks good but very overpriced for what it is especially since there are so many other options on the market now.

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

I've seen several people flying them already, so it's extremely easy to get it in the air. The biggest downfall is that you've only got 90 degrees of rotation in the air.

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

The Z15 is a great solution, it's just very limiting in terms of the HD systems you can use...if any (besides LightBridge) and the lens selection which is 1 in it's stock form. You can run other lenses without any issues if you remove the top bracket. I'm still thinking that for a few...

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

I didn't mis-read anything. What I'm saying is that if you want to use an HD downlink on the GH4 Zenmuse you can only use the lightbridge and not something like the Paralinx. If you are just framing shots, then yes Standard Def is fine, if you are broadcasting LIVE to TV then you need HD or at...

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

We are going with standard feed now but I'd really like to be able to add the HD and go live to broadcast if need be by using the Paralinx Tomahawk. The issue is the fit with the Zenmuse doesn't seem to make it possible to use other HD systems. 90% of the time standard def will work but we've...

WANTED: Seacraft Conversion kit for GH3 (Zenmuse)

Thanks guys. Debating the Ronin at this point for a few dollars extra.

DJI has released its Zenmuse Z15-GH4 (HD) 3-axis HD gimbal stabilization system

More and more I'm thinking that the Ronin is the way to go vs the Gh4 Zenmuse. The fact that you are still almost forced to use the 12mm Olympus kinda sucks. We've taken the bracket off of the Gh3 zenmuse to allow use of the 14-42 but it's a major PITA and the cam is left hanging with only one...

How would the DJI Ronin mount to a Multi Rotor?

I've seen the Kopterworx has the Ronin on a copter. I'm interested to see how they mounted it. The downside of the Ronin in the air is that it's only able to rotate 90 degrees so yawing the copter is a must if you are going to get some shots.
