It was taught to me many years ago from a senior tech for removing either button head cap screws or socket head cap screws. It really works on most types.
A little trick from being a field service engineer for many years.
A snap punch is your best friend when trying to remove a striped button head cap screw. Put your metric wrench in the BHCS and use a snap punch to put an indention in the side of the BHCS, this will help lock the wrench tip...
I wanted to share this information in the main thread here on the forums.

Hello John,
The airframe is a Sky-Jib X8 with DJI A2 flight controller running our 5215-435 motors and 55 amp ESC's.
Thanks everyone else for the kind words.
Chris,
Just thought I would provide some information about this.
The 17-GA wire is overkill for the motor at the current it pulls. Gauge of a wire only matters with amperage primarily, and with the KDE2814XF-515 on 14” props, only talking 20.2A peak (100% throttle) burst. 17 GA copper wire...
There are actually 2 possibilities that could cause this to happen. We see this fairly frequent on the high power RC helicopter side of the hobby. Mostly from people who don't size their plugs.
The solder joint is the first possibility as everyone else has pointed out. The second, is when the...
@Fat Corgi ----- The write up should explain the answers to your questions when it becomes available here soon. You are on the correct track with the 4012 motors for thrust and efficiency. Both the 3520 and 4012 are basically the same motor and again the write up will explain more.
We just...
Man that's some good information. I would make a suggestion for a new thread sticky about this type of info. There could be some type of regular check for the day into this information and if it's a good ideal to fly that day.
People always wonder why they have issues sometimes while flying...
stevemaller nailed it,
Most people do not understand what the "C" rating is and how to calculate it. 25C on A 22000mah battiery is perfectly fine for a constant amperage draw. Now just figure out what your amperage draw is per motor at hover and times that by the amount of motors you have. As...
Hello jfro,
The KDE 3530XF-400 motor is not considered a high pole count motor, you will have no problems running it with a basic ESC power system.
Thanks,
Chris
