I totally see what you are saying. However, why not put it as being programmed such that any restrictions that come down the pike can easily be downloaded. I just don't want the Chinese manufacturer to force this stuff down our throats. I exercise my right to protest by not buying this product...

This restriction is amazing. It will not affect me in Montana, but it's just the idea that chaps my hide! I wouldn't buy a car that shuts off at 76 MPH!
