Using datalink and iOSD together

I'm wanting to get the datalink so I can use the waypoint feature but am also wanting telemetry showing packs volts, distance to home etc.

Does the datalink show this info or do I also need to look into the iOSD?

Thanks

DJI Ground station displays the battery voltage on the bottom line next to the GPS strength, flight mode..etc.
You have a map with homepoint & aircraft postions. I have never really looked for a distance to home.
If you chose to display one of the two instrument panels, you get a horizon line, alitude, ground speed & vertical speed displays.
This are very similar to a full sized aircraft.

Thanks Andrew

Does the ground station/datalink show any flight pack voltage?

I'm currently using MK with an OSD and I only really look at the distance to home to make sure it is moving in the right direction when CH is activated. Just something handy to have I feel.

Cool, so for the most part, the datalink will give you most of the information you need. The iOSD doesn't seem to add a lot on top of this?

I am under the impression that you only need to WKM datalink and software which does most or all OSD that you require on your PC screen with real time google earth in the background.... iOSD was developed for those with NAZA or who don't have the full WKM datalink features.
