Gaui Problems with Gaui500 - does not want to stay on place and follow ELE and AIL stick

Hello guys,

I am a newbie in multirotors, and decided to start from Gaui500. Well, now the fly is assemled, everything in strict accordance with instructions. ESCs are calibrated one by one with following parameters (some of them may be not correct, so I will be grateful for any advice regarding proper ESC settings):
Brake - Off
Battery type - NiMH (despite of the fact that I am using 3S LiPo)
Cutoff mode - CutOff
Cutoff threshold - Low (I guess it makes now difference in above mentioned cutoff mode, does it?)
Start mode - SuperSoft
Timing - Middle

Throttle setting were done as well (I mean calibration with throttle stick, all ESCs at once).
I use Futaba set (transmitter and receiver), also 8FG, in AIR mode, settings are:
- MULT
- gear end point (travel) 50/50

Now everything looks OK, GAUI is starting the engines simultaniously, even goes up:)... but:
- ELE and AIL stick are not working indeed, all movements of this stick make the quad to rotate as if I use RUD stick (ans it is rotating always in the same direction)
- the quad goes up and is stable (not wobbling), but always goes to right-forward direction from the start. So it does not stay on place.

This situation is almost the same with and without green wire plugged (GU344 has CRU mode, with arrow turned for 6 pm now), I do not see any big difference in quad's behavior in both modes (green wire in and green wire out):upset:

Can anyone give me any advice on proper settings? Why quad does not stay on place when started, what can make it to move to right-forward direction? Does anyone have ideas concerning the situation?
