Esc set up help

Hi can any one help me with the set up below I'm not sure which to set!!!!
My setup is
450 flamewheel
Hobbywing 20amp Skywalker esc
sunny sky 980 kv motors
Naza


Brake Off or On
Battery type Li-ion / Li-poly NiMH / NiC
Cut off mode Soft-Cut Cut-Off

Cut off threshold Low, Medium, High

Start mode Normal, Soft ,Super soft

Timing Low, Medium, High

Govenor mode off , on
