I need a standalone stabilisation system to stabilise my AV200 mount and to let my camera man operate the pitch/roll/pan of the gimbal as well as shutter control.
Whilst my Mikrokopter can provide roll/pitch stabilisation, I need a standalone system like the FY30A which can be hooked up to a separate RC RX which the camera man operates.
Unfortunately the FY30A doesn't do a great job, even though has a camera gimbal mode. I find that you can only program the gains but can not program the end points for the gimbal. This means that even with 125% TX throws, the camera camera can not point the camera straight down as we can't program enough "end point" to give full movement control.
Apparently the Picloc 3X Pro has the feature set, however, I've heard it sucks and the manufacturer doesn't even both to return my emails.
