Cant start in Atti mode after changing battery

My first post her, its a Gaui 500x with all stock parts except the NAZA, and it flies perfectly

Flying perfect one battery, but when I switch to the new battery, it flashes quickly orange(TX Lost) switch to M mode and can start, but not Atti mode. If I wait a while20-30min then everything is normal again but the same over again when changing the battery. HELP

I experienced this problem when switching from mode to mode...I tried to be to precise as far as my switches go to be in the middle of the ATTI and MAN sections in the assistant...when you get that error hook your naza back up to your computer and see if the switch is just a little off in the assistant...This is what I did and I changed the travel a few clicks less than middle and it cleared it up...I can't see a battery being the problem...

cursor was in the center under A, but adjusted it a couple of clicks to the left, and everything works perfectly
