Using active radar control of height seems an obvious way to improve altitude holding. Since this is based on automotive stuff it should be a reasonable price.
It also means there would be no limit on the altitude you launch from. Its interesting they are using what looks like a fairly stock MK Octokopter. Has anyone any other info on this advance ?
