Big THANK YOU to Robert @ DJI-USA!

I just wanted to give a big public thank you to Robert @ DJI-USA for helping me out recently! I bought a WKM through a different vendor about a month and a half ago, but was having some problems with setting the unit up so I called Robert to help me out with some troubleshooting. Turns out the unit was defective and in spite of the fact that I didn't even buy the unit from him, he had me send it in to him so he could warranty it for me.

That kind of service is awesome to find nowadays. Too many vendors think that they're doing you a favor by selling you their stuff, and are not willing to stand behind their products. Not Robert, he went over and above to ensure a customer was happy!

Once again, thank you Robert- in the future I will come to you directly for any of my DJI purchases. :tennis::tennis:

That is great to hear you got that kind of support from Robert. I am fairly new to the multicopter world, but have been pretty disappointed by the lack of support or return emails from several vendors I have tried to deal with. So its nice to see Robert from DJI is going above and beyond to take care of the DJI customers.

I have found most of the guys behind these products are helpful IF and WHEN you can actually get ahold of them. No names from a certain company is very knowledgable and can talk for hours, but when I got in a pinch he was MIA. It would seem the more desperate in nature the email the less likely I was to get a response. Very annoying. And that's where this forum is so helpful, we can tap into each others knowledge without being at the mercy of customer service.
