Can't get it up

Get your minds out the gutter, I'm talking about my new DJI f450. I recently got a quadcopter after seeing one flying around in the city. I have the 450 with a 5500 mHa 11.1v battery, naza lite and a Turnigy 9x radio. Now I've watched many youtube videos to figure a lot of things out but what I can't figure out is how to get it up in the air. The propellers spin but it doesn't go up. I thought maybe I have the props on backwards so I've switched them around but still won't go up. It's almost like it is trying to go down instead. Is anyone around to help me figure this out?

There are two DJI documents for the F450. Prop configuration is in the document related to the airframe.
In all cases, study these manuals thoroughly...... After the 3rd read you will be in a position where you can....not only fly your MR but you will be able to do it safely with less risk of destroying it as a result over overlooking a critical detail..... These are complex systems worthy of great due diligence.

Prop labeling should face upwards. Check your motor rotations and make sure you have the props on proper. Quads are usually back right and front left one motor direction and back left and front right the other. So the props should be the same on those pairs. Check your motor rotation with props off. I use a business card touching the top part of the motor to see which way it's turning.

Also check and make sure you have your radio sticks calibrated. Follow the manual as recommended above and don't skip steps. Good luck.
