Graupner Radios Range Problems

I have a Graupner MZ-24 and a MX-16 with a GR-24 and a GR-16 respectively, both new, all with the latest firmware.
My problem is both of them enter failsafe at about 150 meters of distance in clear line of sight.
Have tried multiple antenna positions with no results.
Have also tried contacting service@graupner.de with no answer at all...
Is this normal? Anyone else had this kind of problems?

Thank you

Maybe you can post a photo of your rig?
And there's a way to enable recording data logs on the mx20 radio, so I assume you can do that on the newer radio, too. If you can figure out how to do that, it'd probably be very useful.
