How do you power FC/Rx w/ Opto ESCs?

I am in the process of swapping the FC on my QAV400. I have 30AMP Simok K Opto
ESCs. I have removed my NAZA, which was powered directly from the PDB on the
QAV frame. I know little about the Naza setup, but it must have some sort of
BEC. I want to install my CC3D board, but cannot get it power.

Since my ESCs do not have an BEC, how do I go about powering the board / Rx?

DJI Flight computers, including NAZA, all come with a PMU which is a Power Management Unit. It splits the incoming large battery supply into the various voltages required by the onboard DJI components and RC Rx etc.
It is very efficient, light weight and compact. If you do not have the PMU and want to minimize space and weight on your MR for lower volt device power distribution you might also consider the following:
When buying your ESCs just make sure that one of your 4, 6, or 8 is not OPT type but the BEC type........
But then you need to be cautious and build a wiring harness to split the BEC output power away from the FC and divert to the other devices needing 5 to 6 VDC.
As an example Castle Creations sells a Quad ESC package that has 3 OPT ESCs + 1 BEC type ESC.... but it likely does not have the split out power cable.
