While I agree that it would be in bad form for anyone and everyone to fly over a public event, the regulations they mention in the article don't apply to RC aircraft. The RI Aeronautics Regulations that they mention in the article can be found here http://sos.ri.gov/documents/archives/regdocs/released/pdf/RIAC/7654.pdf and they state that they only apply to Civil Aircraft. What do you all think about this?
