Puck Mounting with Declination and Storage in Mind ...

My first question would be how much of you guys experienced magnetic declination affecting GPS flight mode from place to place inside the US/Canada?

Secondly I am looking for a folding antenna base that will be conducive when the platform goes in its case. I found two different folding antenna bases one would have me drilling into the PDB and tightening with a nut that can be easily rotated by loosening to compensate for Declination. The other is a folding version of the standard dji issue base.

Its more of an east west or latitude thing..... but here is how to plan ahead.

I'm going to need to cut off the post to be able to mount it inside a new base. Any adhesives work better than others?
