This quadcopter is bind-and-fly with a Futaba transmitter and 3s/4s battery or ARF with your own TX/RX combo. This is a Rusty’s frame (aglhobbies.com) quad with carbon fiber arms and includes Rusty’s simple vibration isolation plate for a hard mount GoPro camera on the front. The motors are also mounted on anti-vibration mounts. This quad was built by Rusty and includes his I2C isolation board as part of the wiring harness. The included Futaba R617FS receiver comes with the OMM RX converter that will give you access to 7 channels over a single PPM composite signal to the MK FC (one servo cable between rx and fc). I am also including a 900mhz xbee telemetry setup that gives you a wireless ground station allowing you to tweak settings, program waypoints, view live data feed, etc. This quad was built by Rusty and his attention to detail is evident in the build and its flight quality. I have flown this copter on 11”, 12”, and 13” props. I prefer the 11” and 12”.

The FC has the latest firmware available. This setup gives you the full capability of all that MK has to offer. Telemetry, logging, waypoints, come home, carefree, etc.

The video below was shot today in my front yard. Yes its boring, but its raw video and I just cut out the dark parts and to fit on Vimeo. I was flying it with a 4s 5800mah battery and got a solid 12+ minutes of flight time. I normally fly this on a 4s 4500mah battery or 3s 6000mah, so it was flying a little heavier than normal and not really tuned for that weight. Regardless, it was very stable and you can see that the hard-mounted GoPro to the anti-vibration plate did a fantastic job. I used altitude hold and GPS hold several times and it held very well. It was a little windy today as you can see. Also, I was not using balanced props. I think it could easily handled one of the new light weight GoPro brushless gimbals that are available.

What’s included:

1x Rusty Rev-8 quad frame with 16 mm CF arms (680mm motor-to-motor)
1x Rusty CM-1 landing gear with floating anti-vibration battery plate with GoPro or gimbal mount holes
4x Rusty anti-vibration motor mounts
4x Rusty GL-1 landing gear set (for a more sport style quad if preferred)
4x Avroto 2814-11 motors
1x Mikrokopter v2.1 FC (can be upgraded to 2.2 with the new ACC board for near perfect altitude hold)
1x Mikrokopter v1.1 Navi with MK3Mag
1x Mikrokopter v2.1 GPS board
4x v2.0 BL-Ctrl
1x I2C isolation board
1x Futaba R617FS TX with OMM RX converter for single PPM signal
1x 900mhz Xbee USB TX/RX telemetry for MKOSD ground station
8x 11x4.7 APC slow-flyer props

DOES NOT INCLUDE GOPRO, BATTERY, or GRAUPNER RX shown in Pictures.

I am selling because I mostly fly my two bigger copters when i do get to fly and could use the funds for some upgrades on those.

I am asking $750 and I'll cover shipping in the Con US. I'll put it in one big box so all you will have to do is put the props back on and deal with the RX situation and you are ready to fly.

I have an excellent ebay and rcg ratings. Please inquire via PM with any questions or you want to buy.

Now $425 and still shipped free in CONUS.

You can pick up a Futaba 8fg (14 channel) on ebay right now for $336 and pair with the included receiver to be flying and plenty of room to grow.
