NAZA V1 "Internal Temp Too High" when attempting INU Adv calibration

NAZA V1 with firmware 3.16.
I get the "Internal temp too high" error every time I attempt to do an INU advanced calibration.
Even when the unit is cold and the ambient temp is 72° F. A basic calibration runs fine. WTH?

I've been having all kinds of weird issues with this thing for the past couple of months. Any ideas?

Mr take no prisoners!
No ideas but I have had the same each time I have calibrated one of my V1's, powered down for five minutes and then the calibration ran fine.

Ambient is 72°F. This is just one issue I have. This NAZA is seriously messed up. It started as just being twitchy in flight, yaw hunting, and just generally poor flight characteristics and stability. Now it's all jacked up.

When connected to the assistant software all 4 channel monitor sliders are jumping around even after several re-calibrations, X1 and X2 monitors go full swing regardless of end point settings, but the flight mode monitor shows correct GPS/ATTI/MANUAL. All I get on power-up is 4 green followed by red/amber alternating LED. The lights mean the GPS isn't calibrated but I can't get it to go into calibration mode. I have tried a different Rx and wires, changed all ESC's, updated firmware, etc, etc, etc. The only thing I haven't tried is a different Tx.

Right now I'm waiting for a response from DJI through the dealer I bought it from.

I found that fanning the unit with a piece of paper (or similar) during that 5 minute period helped things along. Ambient about 72 degrees.

I have it pop up quite often. I just ignore it, stop the process, start over again, "right away", and it does it's thing, no problem.
