Hi all
Im planing my next Quadcopter build and this time round ive decided to up the game a bit. Ive toyed with so many FC boards, from KK's to the Naza but on this build i want something more i want full autonomous flight. I placed on order a YS-X6-P 10 waypoint version from hobbyking ad it should arrive in the next few days. My pay load is a Gopro on a brushless gimbal, Fpv gear and an osd that should weigh less than 500g but am lost for choice of motors and esc's to suit. i would like 10-12 min of flight time as a goal.
Ive was thinkkig the following:

Frame

Motor

ESC

Gimbal

whats everyones thoughts on the parts ive chose?

To my way of thinking. "Fully autonomous" and "aerial photography" don't really belong in the same phrase. The best serious art photography I've seen from multis has always been two operators, two radios, with carefully planned shots. The concept of autonomous flight and photography ain't gonna happen. So far, all the reviews of Tarot frames seem to be excellent, though. I checked into one for my new build just a few back. The HK motors ain't the greatest, cheesy bearings, spend more and get more. I have had excellent results to date with the HK "Plush" ESCs, dunno on the Multistars. Jury's still out on the Tarot gimbals, check the forums.

my thoughts are to make a flight plan and use a video switch from fpv camera to the go pro av out and using the trim pots on my Tx to alter the gimbal to suit the shot, all the autonomous system will do is remove the pilot from the equation.
So far the frame is the easy part its the motor and esc selection that is doing my head in, got any suggestions on what kv and prop i should use? HK is just the place i usually get my stuff from is all

Need details to make any sort of a call. Item one: what's AUW gonna be. No judgement on motor size, Kv, props, yada, yada, can be made without this figure. None. Number two would be hex, quad, or oct. I'll assume hex since this is kinda the minimum for decent AP work. Also, I don't think Tarot even makes a quad ? These two first, then onward to details.

This is gonna be fully autonomus crash so i advise caution.
Only the components here on the list tell me that this will be .....
I would advise flying in no populated area !!!
