dji f550... serial number?????

i guess i need a serial number to even get in the programming/tweaking area... i need to switch the battery input but can't get in to the program without a serial number... anyone know where i can find this serial number? i think it said it was a 30 digit long number. any help would be awesome, thanks ahead of time.

Do you use a DJI NAZA or Wookong ?

Normally you set up an account with DJI (email adress / password) from within the assistant software.....once you are logged in, it should actually display your serial number / hardware ID.
