F450 crash - what do you think happened?

Here's the video. youtube has done something odd to it but it shows the crash
wonder what the odd squeal at the end is?

standard F450 naza 1 on 3.14

I'd just had one 10 min flight then changed batteries and was about 5mins in when it happened.
looks like the quad leans back suddenly just before it falls from the sky.
only visible damage is 2 broken arms. all props still on and intact. motors spin freely so suspect an ESC at this point.
need to get the quad on the bench and see what works but that will have to be tomorrow now.
had 25+ uneventful flights prior to this so just goes to show how important it is not to fly over people/property

Prop, ESC failure are the usual suspects. The bullet connectors on the ESCs become loose after plugging and unplugging them while setting up your craft or after crashes.

You may laugh, but bird strikes could also bring these craft down. I've seen and had several birds make attack runs on my craft. Imagine a bird striking one of your props. They are quite aggressive with defending their airspace. :)

LOL, I have seen that on YouTube videos. I think the sound of the ESC and the flying object causes some curiosity and ultimately aggravates them...

thanks. starting to suspect bullet connectors - one was off its ESC after the crash - could have been the crash itself but i'm suspicious.
Praying the naza is ok when I test it later.....

pretty sure no animals involved in this one ;)

it turned out to be a power connector to one of the ESCs - solder joint came off the F450 frame. poor soldering a possibility - it was second hand and pre-built when I bought it.
