I've got a spare AV200 for sale that's loaded with all the goodies.
Here's what you get:
All of this would cost you nearly $1800 new. And this setup is one of our spare gimbals and has less than an hour of flight time on it.

If someone makes a reasonable offer in the next 48 hours, I'll throw in an HDMI to SD converter too.
