Want a capable heavy lift Okto

I would go for the YS-X6 combo and the hexa.

The foldable Okto looks cool as well. You wont need 8K to get that working well.

I love the look of the Tarot frames, and for the price-wow! I didn't think the octo was foldable though, I'd go for the hex also. Denny, how are things going in Cyprus and will the banks ever open again?

The Tarot Hexa is junk. I had one for a tiny bit and sold it. The arms are 16mm, and the plastic clips are made of a very brittle material. The Octo looks ok, but I was not a fan of the hex.
I would say it would be an OK rig for a Gopro, but no way a DSLR.

Are the plastic clips what holds the arms open? I didn't realize the arms were only 16mm, the pictures make it look beefier then my 21.5mm booms. I guess I see anodized aluminum and get all wobbly in the knees.

I saw this coming a couple of years ago so I don't keep much money here. The problem is that the cash points are somewhat overcrowded at the moment.

No personal experience but the gimbal looks to be quite good for a servo drive.
