Mikrokopter Setting up 360 pan using S-Bus R6203SB

I'm using the R6203SB with the 14MZ and wanting to add a 360 pan to my AV200. What is the easiest way to connect up the pan servo. There are channels 1, 2 and 3 plus the S-Bus port but I'm unsure how to connect extra servo's up to the S-Bus receiver. Or the MK FC.

Any help would be appreciated.
